Kojima (CEO Hyeseong Lee) announced that he will participate in the ‘3 Seoul Mobility Show’, which will be held at KINTEX for a total of 31 days from March 4st to April 9th.

Kojima is a comprehensive healthcare brand that started as Balhan Corporation in 1945, changed its name to Bokjeong Hyeong Co., Ltd. in 1952, and launched in 70 with over 2010 years of know-how. The brand name contains the meaning of providing the most comfortable massage. In 2013, the company introduced the ergonomic LS-type full body massage chair for the first time in Korea, and in addition to massage chairs, various healthcare products such as foot massagers and blood pressure and body fat measuring devices are being introduced through online and offline channels.

The products exhibited at this exhibition are massage chairs and small massagers, and representative massage chairs include New Era and Hope.

First, new technologies such as dual engines and motion frames were applied to the New Era massage chair. In particular, the biggest feature is that it is equipped with a ‘dual engine’ that allows simultaneous upper and lower body massage. The official explains that the ‘motion frame’, which can adjust the angle up to 170 degrees, provides a comfortable massage experience.

The advantage of the Hope massage chair was that it is equipped with a special engine designed for the neck and shoulders that resembles a human hand, allowing for a more delicate massage. The 4D Ultra Engine, which allows depth adjustment up to 4 levels, has an additional built-in ‘Hope Engine’ that takes care of the neck and shoulders. Additionally, you can enjoy the rich sound of a Bluetooth speaker through the ‘Cozy Hood’.

In addition, Kojima introduced a next-generation massage chair in 2020 that introduces a smart sensor and provides a customized massage course by detecting the degree of muscle tightness of the user based on GSR (Galvanic Skin Reflex) technology. An upgraded massage chair is also on display during the exhibition. You can see it. In addition, the company is introducing the ‘Cozy Stool’, a stool-type foot massager that has both a stool chair and a massage function.

A Kojima official said, “We are currently working to diversify our products, including not only massage chairs, but also small massagers, exercise equipment, and measuring instruments. Based on this, we will strive to go beyond a comprehensive healthcare brand and establish ourselves as a lifestyle brand,” he said. “Kojima will continue to lead the healthcare device market based on technology accumulated over a long period of time and will continue to pursue the corporate philosophy of contributing to public health.” “We plan to make it a reality,” he said.

Meanwhile, the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show will be held on the theme of ‘Sustainable Connected Mobility (Sustainable and Intelligent Mobility Revolution)’ at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, starting with Press Day on March 3 (Thursday) and ending on April 30 ( days) to be held.
