It collects data every 10 minutes through an IoT ear tag device attached to the animal’s ear, uses big data analysis algorithms to predict health, estrus, and calving period, and provides timely notifications to farms through dedicated web and mobile applications. Farm Plus Care reduces livestock mortality, increases farmers’ productivity, and prevents unnecessary deaths through early disease prediction, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and antibiotic usage. In addition, Farm Plus Care was selected as the only device that can observe the health status of newly born livestock in real time upon birth.
