GS Global (CEO Lee Young-hwan) and BYD Korea (CEO Dinghai Miao) will jointly participate in the ‘International Logistics Industry Show’ held at KINTEX, Ilsan for 18 days from the opening on the 21th (Tue) to the 4st (Fri).
The two companies organized a booth to introduce and understand various eco-friendly commercial vehicle models to domestic customers under the theme of ‘Electrification of All Transportation’, which BYD is promoting in the global market.
GS Global unveiled T4K for the first time to general customers at the International Logistics Industry Show, announcing its entry into the distribution and logistics business, while introducing the features of the V2L (Vehicle to Load) function that supplies power to the outside. The V2L technology applied for the first time among electric trucks in Korea has a standard of 3,300W, which is enough to simultaneously supply power to coffee machines, microwave ovens, industrial fans, and TVs.
To introduce the practical V4L function of T2K, △T4K Cargo, a basic type with a storage box, △T4K Cold Keeper, a refrigerated car, △T25K CAFÉ 4, a coffee truck 25)’. Among them, T25K CAFÉ 4 is designed with the design of CAFÉ 25, a coffee bean brand of GS25, and supplies power to two coffee machines through V25L. Coffee and beverages are also provided through T25K’s SNS event on site.
BYD Korea exhibits various new logistics equipment such as △8-ton large electric forklift, △1.5-ton standing forklift, and △towing truck. The medium-to-large 8-ton electric forklift is a model specialized for large logistics warehouses and boasts powerful performance as much as its overwhelming size. It provides a spacious interior space and easy operation convenience to help improve the driver’s work efficiency and productivity.
The 1.5-ton standing electric forklift is a model that has upgraded the design and specifications of the existing model by collecting opinions from Korean customers. It can move freely even in narrow aisles or spaces, ensuring pleasant work performance. The two tow truck models exhibited together are optimized for long-distance travel at various work sites such as airports, terminals, and logistics centers, providing stable driving performance and easy operation convenience. In addition, pallets of various sizes and electric forklifts are introduced.
