Naver D2SF (D2 Startup Factory) announced on the 11th that it opened ‘Naver D2SF @Bundang’, a space dedicated to technology startups, in Naver’s second headquarters building ‘1784’.

Naver D2SF @Bundang has 140 seats. The tenant company plans to interact with various organizations within Naver during its residency period.

The concept of ‘Naver D2SF @Bundang’ is ‘Collaboration’, which means experimenting and collaborating together. Naver is planning several synergy programs so that both parties can exchange new stimulation and diversify contact points. Specifically, various programs, technology seminars, and meetings with Naver technology leaders are planned for Naver executives and employees to experience startup technologies and services.

The first startups to move in are ▲’N.Light’, which developed a 3D content design solution, ▲’Virtual Flow’, which is developing an Unreal 3D content toolset package, ▲’Lapla Technologies’, which operates an integrated e-commerce data analysis solution, and ▲Logistics robot startup ‘Flo’. There are 8 places, including ‘Tick’ ▲genetic data analysis startup ‘iCrogene’.

These are teams that have confirmed cooperation points with Naver. For example, we are discussing ways to support online small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who are trying to start a business with Naver Smart Store with Lapla Technologies. Additionally, Icrogene is collaborating with Naver Cloud to provide cloud-based genetic analysis services.

Naver D2SF is constantly recruiting moving-in teams through its website. Space will also be provided to the final selection team for the campus technology startup contest, which is currently accepting applications.

Shin Young-ah, CEO of iCrogene, said, “Many industries around the world are paying attention to genetic data, and we also plan to diversify our services.” She added, “We will present iCrogene’s services to experienced Naver executives and employees to obtain various feedback and further expand our services.” “We expect to find many opportunities for cooperation.”

He added, “Although it is still early days of moving in, I was able to receive fresh stimulation by experiencing 1784’s new technology, and thanks to the convenient infrastructure, I am more immersed in my work.”

Naver D2SF leader Sang-Hwan Yang said, “If ‘D2SF @Gangnam’ was Naver’s outpost for communicating with technology startups, ‘D2SF @Bundang’ is a space for collaboration with technology startups located at Naver’s headquarters.” He added, “1784 is also valuable to startups. “It will serve as a test bed and reference, and we will pursue various synergy programs so that Naver and startups can create greater opportunities for growth together.”

Meanwhile, Naver D2SF is constantly recruiting teams to move into Naver D2SF @Bundang through its website, and plans to provide extensive support to move in to technology startups that can materialize cooperation and experiments with Naver during the move-in period, in addition to the teams already invested. .
