Wemade announced that it signed a ‘Vegas’ onboarding contract with Litecon, a blockchain game developer.
‘Vegas’ is a social casino genre P&E (Play and Earn) game. Users can enjoy two games: Texas hold’em and Baccarat. It is scheduled to be serviced through Wemade’s blockchain game platform ‘WEMIX PLAY’ within the year.
Wemade CEO Jang Hyeon-guk said, “Wemade will build a more open blockchain ecosystem through mainnet Wemix 3.0,” adding, “In particular, we will onboard games of all genres, including social casinos, so that coins and NFTs can be exchanged between games. “We will implement the intergame economy used,” he said.
Developer Lightcon is a subsidiary of Wemade Max. We are developing and servicing the first blockchain strategy simulation game ‘Rise of Stars (ROS)’ on the Wemix Play platform. A new blockchain game ‘Project SA (tentative name)’ that combines the collectible RPG and TCG (trading card game) genres is also being prepared.
Wemade plans to introduce a total of 100 games on Wemix Play this year, and detailed information about various games can be found on the Wemix Play official site.
