Krafton’s ‘PUBG: Battlegrounds’ is holding various events for users around the world after the launch of the new map Deston.
Battlegrounds prepares various global events such as live streaming and proof shot events so that more users can experience the diverse charms of Deston.
First, we will hold a live streaming event ‘DESTON RISE’ with Battleground’s official ambassador and world-renowned soccer star Neymar Jr. (Paris Saint-Germain).
This is an event where Neymar Jr. plays the Deston map directly with his squad and global partners who usually enjoy Battlegrounds together, and will be broadcast on the Battlegrounds official Twitch channel at 12:30 a.m. on the 4th.
We plan to showcase a variety of content, including game play, and special rewards prepared with Neymar Jr. will be given through a drawing among users who participate in the live streaming.
Neymar Jr. has been playing Battlegrounds since 2017 and has shown consistent affection. Neymar Jr., who was selected as the official ambassador on July 15, plans to continue various partnerships with Battleground throughout this year, from in-game to out-of-game.
Tourist events have also been prepared to help you enjoy summer in Deston. The ‘Deston Summer Tour Event’ is an event where users visit their favorite areas in Deston and take photos or videos as if they were taking travel photos.
If you upload the photos and videos you took to your personal SNS along with the required hashtags, you will automatically participate in the event. 500 people will be selected and given 1,000 G-coins and Deston Tour Spray, and a total of 80 domestic users will be entered into a lottery and receive Battleground Summer Ready Bags, picnic mats, mugs, etc.
This event will run until August 5th, and in addition, a special supply event and various rewards are prepared through Deston map play.
