    Social venture company City Sharing Platform Co., Ltd. announced on the 5th that it is exhibiting and demonstrating the ultra-mini convenience store ‘Ice Go 24’ at the ‘2022 Franchise Startup Expo’ held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul until the 6th.

    IceGo is an unmanned store that focuses on security from entry to product payment by utilizing representative technologies such as facial recognition, biometric signal measurement, artificial intelligence (AI) deep learning, and adult authentication fintech technology. It is receiving great interest from prospective entrepreneurs preparing to start a franchise, as well as small business owners who are considering changing their industry due to theft and missed payments.

    The city sharing platform plans to provide reasonable rental services such as interior design and goods to small business owners and prospective start-ups to reduce the burden of initial investment costs through collaboration with Sunin Co., Ltd., a company specializing in installment payment solutions for B2B and B2C that participated in this expo.

    One visitor who currently runs a convenience store said, “It attracted attention because it could sell alcohol and cigarettes unmanned 24 hours a day and offer a variety of products such as snacks in a fun way. “It was the way I had been thinking, so I applied to start a business at Ice Go 24 Daejeon Yuseong branch.”

    Meanwhile, small business owners can receive up to 15 million won in support when purchasing an unmanned alcohol vending machine from City Sharing Platform Co., Ltd., which has been selected as a technology supplier for the smart store, a small business support program operated by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small Business Market Promotion Corporation.
