Krafton’s subsidiary Rising Wings Co., Ltd. has released the global pre-test schedule for the real-time strategy defense game ‘Defense Derby’.
‘Defense Derby’ is a new fun strategy defense game that adds real-time auctions to the tower defense genre. Four users must acquire cards through an auction each round, build a deck with the cards they have acquired, and defend their castle from monsters until they are the last standing. A powerful synergy effect occurs depending on the race, attribute, and arrangement of the cards, allowing you to enjoy strategic gameplay using various card combinations.
The pre-test was designed to reflect users’ opinions and present a more complete game before the official launch of Defense Derby. It will be held from September 15th to September 30th, and users who want to participate can download and experience the game through Google Play.
Kang Moon-cheol, vice president of Rising Wings, said, “Defense Derby will provide a deeper sense of immersion and tension by adding strategic card combinations to demonstrate various synergy effects and an auction system that boldly competes against the opponent by reading the opponent’s moves.” He added, “Ahead of the official launch, “We hope for a lot of interest and participation in this global pre-test.”
