    JR D Works Co., Ltd. (CEO Jinhwan Yoon), which operates the smart home cooking platform ‘Home Cooking Center Smart’, announced on the 17th that it signed an investment memorandum of understanding with ‘Kingo Spring’ ahead of attracting investment.

    JRD Works and Kingo Spring are companies located in the Pangyo Startup Zone, established by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to revitalize the startup ecosystem and operated by the Korea Startup Agency and the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center.

    With the signing of this investment memorandum of understanding, JRD Works plans to attract the first investment from ‘SBA’, a private investment association managed by Kingo Spring, and will begin attracting additional investment in an investment round led by Kingo Spring starting in September. plans to begin full-fledged activities as a strategic investment partner of JRD Works.

    Starting with the ‘H&T MOM’ brand, JRD Works operates a childcare specialist platform and service that matches the trends of the childbirth-driven generation, starting with the ‘H&T MOM’ brand and currently reaching the ‘Home Cooking Center Smart’ platform. Within a year of launching, the number of platform visitors exceeded 150,000 and the number of impressions exceeded 150,000. With over 3.5 million users, it is literally evaluated as a parenting platform that meets the expectations of today’s generation.

    Kingo Spring is an accelerator established based on the entrepreneurship education expertise and network of Sungkyunkwan University’s Graduate School of Global Entrepreneurship. We utilize various infrastructure and know-how to provide investment in startups and professional start-up support.

    Jinhwan Yoon, CEO of JRD Works, explained, “We are very happy to become a strategic investment partner with Kingo Spring, which has an active and systematic startup support system,” and added, “We are preparing to actively expand the services of the home care center smart platform and promote B2B business starting in the second half of this year. “We look forward to closer cooperation in achieving proper growth and attracting investment.”
