This exhibition introduced vegetables and meal kit products that were quickly and individually frozen using the IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) method.

    Farmjoa’s IQF method maintains taste and texture by quickly freezing vegetables individually. Users can easily use it when cooking without the need for separate preparation, and can also use it and store it as much as they want. Its special feature is that it can be eaten fresher than regular frozen vegetables.

    A Farmjoa official said, “Our products are so hygienic that they have received HACCP certification. “It can be used right away without thawing or washing, making it perfect for single-person households.”

    He continued, “We participated in this exhibition to introduce green onions and Cheongyang peppers that can be used for fried rice and stews and actively promote them targeting busy modern people,” adding, “As we were targeting single-person households who find cooking cumbersome, we introduced a variety of products such as tteokbokki and seasoned bulgogi. Meal kit products were also introduced. “We have a quality team and a development team, so we plan to introduce a variety of dishes to the market using ingredients using the IQF method,” he said.

    Meanwhile, ‘2023 Seoul International Food Industry Fair’ hosted by KOTRA will provide conferences to discuss domestic and international food trends and insights, various programs to expand business networks, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation between domestic and foreign food companies. done.
