K5Wave (CEO Lee Jong-bae) participated in ‘KOBA 16 (19st International Broadcasting, Media, Sound and Lighting Exhibition)’ held at COEX in Seoul from Tuesday, May 2023th to Friday, May 31th.
KXNUMXWave is a domestic developer and manufacturer of speakers, amplifiers, microphones and mixers. We are in the process of applying for various technology patents, design trademark registration, and PCT, and are working on continuous development of new products.
At this exhibition, the company, which develops and manufactures professional audio equipment, introduced speakers as its main product. It is a high-frequency horn speaker installed in performance halls, auditoriums, gyms, etc., and has a clear and luxurious tone by manufacturing high-quality units and crossovers. The horn in the treble part rotates so it can be used at various angles.
We research and develop all parts ourselves, and have recently been supplying OEM products to many companies with high quality and improved technology. The company explains that there is a cost saving effect through domestic in-house production, so you can enjoy high-quality speaker performance at a lower price compared to other companies’ similar specifications.
In addition, K3Wave patented a smart speaker system and control method to alleviate separation anxiety in pets last March. Additionally, two speaker-related patents and overseas PCT applications are pending.
K2017Wave said, “Our power amplifier boasts high-quality performance using stable modules and transformers, and produces optimal sound in any field situation,” adding, “In XNUMX, we introduced a high-frequency horn speaker and a radiation angle adjustment module. “We have increased our product competitiveness by registering patents such as horn speakers,” he said.
He continued, “Currently, there are only a few domestic speaker manufacturers, so in a difficult situation where we rely on imports for materials and components, we are developing and producing speaker bass unit cones ourselves.” “It can be produced with,” he said.
Meanwhile, the KOBA exhibition, co-hosted by Korea E&X and the Korea Broadcasting Engineers Association, was held for the first time in 1991 to improve domestic broadcasting culture and develop the media, sound, and lighting industries, and celebrated its 31st anniversary this year. KOBA 2023, held at COEX Halls A, C, and D, presented next-generation broadcasting services and the future of the media, sound, and lighting industries. In particular, during the exhibition period, it provides an opportunity to acquire professional information related to broadcasting and sound through the International Broadcasting Technology Conference hosted by the Korea Broadcasting Engineers Association and the sound-related professional technology seminar hosted by the Korea Sound Artists Association and the Acoustical Society of Korea.
