EXCO (CEO Lee Sang-gil) and the International Green Energy Expo Organizing Committee announced on the 23rd that they, along with the Korea Water Resources Corporation, will recruit participants for the ‘Tech Tour’ on a first-come, first-served basis to support export companies.
The tech tour, which will be held as a side event of the 2023 International Green Energy Expo, consists of a visit to Hapcheon Dam from 4:13 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 30.
Participants can board a ship at the Hapcheon Dam Water Culture Center and see the 41MW floating solar power plant with the naked eye. Transportation and lunch are supported by EXCO and the International Green Energy Expo, and no separate costs are incurred. An EXCO official said, “We are recruiting only 20 people on a first-come, first-served basis. “We ask for your interest,” he said.
Meanwhile, the International Green Energy Expo, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, will be held on the largest scale ever at Daegu EXCO from April 4th to 12th. The International Green Energy Expo is a specialized exhibition on new and renewable energy that has been held since 14 to promote global energy policy, industrial development, and domestic revitalization of the new and renewable energy market.
The International Future Energy Conference, held simultaneously with the International Green Energy Expo, consists of Photovoltaic Market Insight (PVMI) and Hydrogen Market Insight (H2MI). The conference is a developed country-style business exchange event that discusses policies and market trends in the solar energy and hydrogen fields. The event can be pre-registered on the PVMI website and H4MI website until April 6th and will be held simultaneously online and offline.
