Balamoni Wearable (CEO Sang-ho Ahn) announced that it will participate in the 39th International Medical Equipment and Hospital Equipment Exhibition ‘KIMES 2024’, which will be held at COEX, Seoul from Thursday, March 14 to Sunday, March 17.

Balamoni Wearables Co., Ltd., a specialized manufacturer of medical compression protectors, has launched the brand ‘ONENESS’ (hereinafter referred to as Oneness). In order to balance the human body, we created a patented technology called whirlwind pressure, focusing on activating muscle movement according to the human body’s muscle structure, rather than simple pressure. Clinical trials and papers related to the patented technology are registered, and the safety of the product has been recognized through the KATRI test report.

‘Oneness’, which will be introduced at this exhibition, is a brand that specializes in manufacturing medical compression protectors. Its main products are composed of five types of compression protectors: wrist, elbow, knee, ankle, and calf. An official from Balamoni Wearable said, “The partial compression technology incorporated into the product helps prevent swelling and numbness by providing a comfortable fit, improving blood circulation, and strengthening muscles. “In addition, the use of COPPER on the inner surface that touches the skin helps with antibacterial and deodorizing effects, prevention of static electricity, and improvement of blood circulation.”

In addition, through participation in this expo, new wrist SPLINT and ankle SPLINT will be released, and existing chest splint products will be renewed to introduce more diverse and comfortable products.

An official said, “Balance and harmony are the most important parts of our human body. The human body has homeostasis and tries to maintain balance. However, when the balance is broken, pain is felt in the muscles, and if left unattended for a long period of time, abnormalities occur in the muscles and the pain spreads,” he said. “To solve the discomfort, we went back to the basics and found the answer in the balance and harmony of the human body.” . “As a new product, we launched Sprint, which is necessary for the treatment and prevention of fracture patients, as the number of fracture patients has increased due to the aging population and the number of muscle damage and fracture patients has increased due to increased sports activities after the coronavirus pandemic.”

He continued, “Currently, we are delivering meaningful results by supplying the product to various medical departments, including domestic orthopedics, neurosurgery, rehabilitation medicine, pain medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and oriental medicine hospitals. In addition, it is expected that the number of trading hospitals will expand further with the new wrist sprint and ankle sprint products scheduled to be launched at the expo. “In addition, like the renewal of the existing chest splint product, we are striving to become a company that does its best to develop products through smooth communication with hospitals and partners.”

Balamoni Wearable participated in KIMES 2023 and completed the acquisition of GMP ISO13485 certification to realize export performance along with overseas buyer meetings. This year, the company is aiming to obtain CE/MDR approval for export to Europe in the first half of the year.

Meanwhile, KIMES is an exhibition specializing in medical devices and hospital equipment that has steadily grown along with the development of the Korean medical industry since its first meeting in 1980. Meanwhile, the domestic medical industry has been engaged in medical information systems, ultrasound scanners, medical imaging equipment, robotic medicine, AI, It has transformed into a technology-intensive high-tech industry such as rehabilitation medicine.
