Luxrobo Co., Ltd. (CEO Seungbae Son) announced that it will participate in CES 2024, the world’s largest IT and home appliance exhibition, to be held in Las Vegas, USA in January next year.

Luxrobo is an edtech startup established with the goal of expanding public accessibility to coding and helping general consumers easily develop their own robot systems. To achieve this vision, the company is investing its capabilities in modularization technology that significantly reduces the difficulty of robot configuration and in building an independent AIoT platform.

At the same time, Luxrobo has secured its own capabilities in the operating system (OS) and specialized UI/UX fields, and is also concretizing its business by developing EDA (Electronic Design Automation) services based on this.

Luxrobo, which has continued to grow its platform capabilities in relation to robot development and utilization, plans to participate in the upcoming CES 2024 and showcase its all-in-one EDA platform and circuit development platform ‘MODI Factory’. This is an integrated development solution that encompasses the processes of requirements collection, component selection, circuit design, and ordering that had to be performed prior to robot circuit production.

Luxrobo applied various artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to MODI Factory to simplify circuit design technology. The chat service provided based on the GPT 4.0 engine recommends appropriate circuit components based on user requirements. Furthermore, the placement of each component and the routing method for the connection lines between devices are provided as metadata of the diffusion model and reinforcement learning application algorithm.

Circuits can also be ordered through Luxrobo’s self-built parts database. Through iconic design, the circuit configuration method can be greatly simplified by easily selecting and placing icon-shaped designs from a visualized database. This can also lead to the effect of minimizing developer resources and improving the efficiency of the overall development process.

A company official said, “As CES is an exhibition where leading IT and home appliance companies from around the world gather, it is very meaningful to collect feedback from developers and engineers belonging to these companies when they see our MODI Factory.” “It will also be a beneficial experience in providing customized systems to each region and country in the global market.”

Meanwhile, ‘CES’, the world’s largest IT exhibition hosted by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), is an exhibition where you can see the flow of innovative technologies around the world at a glance and is held every January in Las Vegas, USA. AVING News, which has covered CES for 18 consecutive years, has reported CES news around the world every year since 2006, and has been selected through ‘BEST OF CES’ and ‘BEST OF MADE IN KOREA’, which select the best innovative products, companies and technologies. has been in progress. In addition, CES on-site issues are vividly conveyed through ‘AVING LIVE’.

The CES 2024 Seoul Unified Hall will be operated at the largest scale in terms of exhibition area, number of participating companies, and number of participating supporters since Seoul City’s first participation in CES in 2020. The Seoul Integration Center, in which 13 organizations collaborate and participate, is an important step in Seoul’s efforts to make Seoul a mecca for startups, and 17 of the companies participating in the Seoul Integration Center proved this by receiving innovation awards. The participating institutions in the Seoul Unification Center are ▲SBA ▲Seoul Bio Hub ▲Campus Town ▲AI Yangjae Hub ▲Gwanak-gu ▲Yonsei University ▲Korea University ▲Chung-Ang University ▲Sogang University ▲Kookmin University ▲Hanyang University ▲Konkuk University ▲Kyunghee University. Not only the Seoul Metropolitan Government, institutions, and companies, but also supporters through industry-academia cooperation are matched 1:1 with companies, and 85 supporters, the largest number, will participate.
