The Nexon Developer Conference (NDC) art exhibition was held on the Metaverse platform this year. At NDC, which is being held online for the second year in a row, everyone has the opportunity to enjoy game art without physical restrictions.

The NDC art exhibition can be viewed through the art exhibition category on the NDC website until the 10th. The ‘NDC ART EXHIBITION’, which celebrates its 11th anniversary this year, is the first in the game art genre to be held on the Metaverse platform.

Visitors can enter the Metaverse Art Exhibition, walk around the Nexon headquarters, and view 77 exhibits displayed throughout the space. If you click on the displayed work, you can also see a detailed description of the work. Additionally, when you click on an exhibit, music related to the project plays along with it.

This exhibition features a variety of works by artists responsible for concepts, backgrounds, characters, etc., as well as many works that have been reinterpreted as modern art. Through MapleStory Orchestra videos and Tales Weaver project works, you can feel the artist’s worldview and passion for constantly exploring the gap between games and art.

The exhibited works are produced as art books. If you participate in the survey event at the NDC Game Art Metaverse Gallery, it will be given to 100 people through a drawing.

Meanwhile, the NDC22 after-party will resume for the first time in three years since 2019. Nexon plans to provide a space for speakers and artists who participated in the lecture to interact with each other in an online space.

The ‘NDC After Party’, which was held in an offline space, will be held this year on ‘Project MOD’, a metaverse platform being developed by Nexon. This event targets speakers and artists who participated in NDC lectures.

The event will consist of a time for attendees wearing avatars using MapleStory intellectual property (IP) to take group photos, enjoy mini-games, build friendships, and receive gifts.
