Naver Cloud announced that it will link Glossine’s electronic contract service with ‘WORKBOX’, a cloud file sharing service for businesses.
With the launch of this linked service, Naver Cloud plans to build a smart work environment by helping to simplify the complex electronic contract process within Workbox.
Workbox, a cloud-based file sharing service, supports a safe and efficient collaboration environment through strong security. You can share files without restrictions on location and device, and manage files safely with real-time synchronization and recovery functions. Using a secure link, you can also safely share data with external parties. In addition, additional services such as joint editing of online documents can be useful depending on the situation.
Using the newly linked electronic contract service, everything from electronic signature to contract management can be processed at once in Workbox, maximizing the advantages of file sharing services. You can increase work efficiency by creating electronic contract documents and requesting electronic signatures right from the workbox. You can check the progress of the contract at a glance without accessing a separate service, and the signed files are automatically synchronized, making it easier to use. This reduces unnecessary communication and repetitive tasks during file sharing and collaboration with external customers.
To build this service, Naver Cloud signed a business agreement (MOU) with Glossine, an electronic contract service company, last month. Glossine provides an all-in-one cloud electronic contract service that includes functions such as bulk transfer, link contract, and blockchain-based forgery and tampering prevention.
To commemorate the launch of Workbox electronic contracts, Naver Cloud is holding a free event for Workbox customers to use 100 electronic contracts. Any Workbox customer can apply for this event, and applications for participation will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until July 21st.

It supports the creation of an optimized digital work environment by providing business collaboration tool ‘NAVER WORKS’, corporate information system ‘WORKPLACE’, and file sharing service ‘Workbox’ customized according to company characteristics.
