AhnLab announced that it held a presentation session under the theme of ‘Home Network Security Response Plan’ at the ‘International Information Security Conference 2022’ held at the Conrad Hotel in Yeouido and introduced AhnLab’s cloud security solution and cloud management (MSP) service.
At this event, attended by government ministries, information security-related organizations, industry, academia, and research institute officials, AhnLab Marketing Division Director Lee Sang-guk introduced the characteristics and security issues of home networks under the theme of ‘Home network security environment and countermeasures,’ and introduced realistic and sustainable solutions accordingly. Possible response measures were presented.
Director Lee Sang-guk said, “Over the past 2-3 years, external contact points of home networks have increased, and security threats targeting them, such as wall pad hacking, have become a reality.” He added, “For realistic and sustainable security, the structural characteristics of home networks must be considered.” “Based on understanding, security systems and policies that take into account usability, economics, and operability must be established,” he emphasized.
In addition, AhnLab participated in the ‘Information Security Product Exhibition’ held along with this conference with an exclusive booth, introduced AhnLab’s cloud workload security platform ‘AhnLab CPP’ and security-specialized cloud management service ‘AhnLab Cloud’, and conducted consultations for participants. It was well received.
In addition, Naonworks, AhnLab’s OT security subsidiary, also set up an introduction booth and promoted OT security solutions such as ‘CEREBRO-DD’ and ‘CEREBRO-DP’.
