Krafton Co., Ltd. announced that its ‘PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS’ will be collaborating with British luxury sports and supercar brand McLaren.
Through this collaboration, users can find various items, including McLaren special vehicle skins, in Battleground.
First, through ‘McLaren Loot,’ you can obtain the ‘McLaren GT Standard’ car skin, costumes, equipment, and emotes in Onyx Black. The Silica White color of the same model and the Volcano Yellow color of the ‘McLaren GT Elite’ vehicle skin can be produced at the factory.
You must use McLaren loot and McLaren tokens that can be obtained through ‘Workshop Pass: McLaren’. McLaren loot and Workshop Pass can be purchased from September 7 to November 2 on PC and from September 15 to November 10 on console.
McLaren-exclusive customizing items will also be introduced so that users can decorate their vehicles to suit their tastes. You can create vehicle exterior colors, brake calipers, wheels, etc. through the manufacturing shop, and decorate your own McLaren with the items you have created. Decorated vehicles can also be displayed in the custom lobby.
In addition, users who own the McLaren skin can apply the McLaren skin to the Coupe RB vehicles placed on all maps through the newly revamped vehicle skin system. The skin is applied when you press the secondary interaction key in front of the vehicle. The skin does not affect vehicle performance, and the basic specifications are maintained.
