Long Covid means that symptoms of unknown cause, such as cough, phlegm, short breath, chronic fatigue, and difficulty concentrating, appear for 4 weeks, up to 12 weeks or more, after COVID-19 infection. According to the ‘Addressing the Long-Term Effects of COVID-19’ published by the U.S. Department of Human Services on August 3, 1 in 4 Americans is experiencing long COVID-19. The results of a domestic survey conducted by the National Institute of Health also showed that 20-79% of COVID-19 patients showed Long Covid symptoms.
The breathing exercise service was developed under the slogan ‘COVID-19, rest well, rest well’ to improve symptoms such as coughing, phlegm, and chronic fatigue, known as aftereffects, through light breathing exercises.
