Amicus Rex, the operator of the automatic legal document creation platform ‘LawForm’, announced that it will provide legal IT services to Woori Bank’s digital supply chain platform ‘One Biz Plaza’.
Roform is a platform that provides a service that automatically completes contents certification, contracts, complaints, etc. based on case-based big data and AI. The operating company, Amicus Rex, is a leading domestic legal tech company that holds patents on core technologies for the automatic creation of domestic legal documents.
Woori Bank’s ‘One Biz Plaza’ is a platform that allows small and medium-sized businesses that have difficulty building their own purchasing solution to sign up at no additional cost to perform purchasing tasks and collaborate with partners in real time.
Through this collaboration, Loform’s automatic legal document creation-based solution will be provided to small and medium-sized businesses within One Biz Plaza. The goal is to assist companies in the overall legal document preparation process and prevent difficulties such as management rights disputes due to non-conclusion of contracts and business closure due to lawsuits and accusations.
Loform currently provides attorney editing and electronic signature functions as well as over 2 million contract samples. Through this service, we plan to help not only manage risks that arise during a company’s operation, but also provide help to individuals who have difficulty writing and managing contracts.
A Loform official said, “We hope that this service connection will be of great help to small business owners and small and medium-sized businesses in creating electronic documents,” and added, “We hope that they will be able to fully focus on their own business without experiencing any more legal disadvantages or unfair events.” He expressed his thoughts.
Meanwhile, Amicus Rex was selected for the Startup Leap Package Support Project of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ Startup Promotion Agency in 2022 and is receiving specialized customized support such as commercialization support and mentoring from the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center, the host organization.
