Owls Co., Ltd. (CEO Han Seung-woo) recently announced that it has signed a technology joint development agreement with German company MotionsCloud (CEO Rex Tan).

Through this global technological partnership, the two companies are expected to establish a 24-hour response service system for the supply of two-wheeled vehicles using AI technology.

Owls Co., Ltd. is a last-mile two-wheeled vehicle supply service company that has developed a two-wheeled vehicle supply ICT solution for delivery agents engaged in the last-mile logistics industry. We are operating products that meet the needs of delivery agents, such as a bike rental product that uses both a bike and insurance, and a bike time product that allows you to use only the time you want. We even provide administrative services such as title transfer upon contract expiration.

MotionsCloud is headquartered in Munich, Germany, and operates an AI-based service that checks the condition of the vehicle and reports the extent of damage with a single cell phone in the event of a traffic accident. Through this agreement, Owls Co., Ltd. plans to provide its AI technology to advance the supply of two-wheeled vehicles.

This agreement is a result of the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center’s ‘Global Kanbu Networking’ program. Global Kanbu Networking is the Gyeonggi Innovation Center’s own program where domestic and foreign companies in demand for global expansion gather to discover practical local partners and continue follow-up networking.

Han Seung-woo, CEO of Owls Co., Ltd., said, “Once this global technology partnership and our ongoing ERP module development are completed, we will provide more professional and stable services.” He added, “We expect to expand our business area by supplying and managing various types of mobility services in the future.” “I do,” he said.

Meanwhile, Owls Co., Ltd. is planning to complete the development of ERP module and ICT solution-related technology this year and enter sharing services. In recognition of its achievements in sales growth and employment increase over the past four years, it received the grand prize at the ’10th Retry Case Contest’ hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Development in 2022.

Currently, it has been selected for the 2022 Startup Leap Package Support Project of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ Startup Promotion Agency and is receiving customized support such as commercialization support and mentoring from the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center, the host organization.
