Kids Note Co., Ltd. announced that it will expand its business and enter the silver care market. Kids Note recently unveiled its ‘Family Note’ service for the first time.
Family Note is a service created to facilitate communication between nursing and home care facilities and families. Family Note allows family members to easily check the daily life and health status of their elders through the app. When information is entered at the facility, it is sent as a notification message, and even elderly family members who have difficulty using the app can easily receive news through KakaoTalk.
The version released this time consists of essential functions such as notifications, albums, and announcements, and through continuous updates, functions such as ▲meal table, ▲transfer service, ▲medication request form, and ▲facility information download are scheduled to be added.
In addition, Family Note is also launching ‘Family Care ERP’, an ERP program that supports the work of workers in nursing hospitals and facilities. The biggest feature of the Family Care ERP program is its usability that is optimized for the work of actual workers by reflecting voices from the field. We plan to provide ▲schedule management linked to the corporation’s system, ▲schedule management using RFID tags, ▲automatically calculated salary details, and ▲electronic signature function that can be used for corporation evaluation.
The Family Care ERP program also underwent beta testing early this month, and centers belonging to partner companies began using the service. As Family Care ERP was created to reflect the voices of the field, it has received positive reviews from actual users, saying, “It is of great help as it is structured around essential functions, and we are also satisfied with user convenience such as design and readability.” .
Since the launch of Family Note, Kids Note has been collaborating with various partners in various ways to enter the silver market and revitalize the senior tech industry, and recently held a meeting with partner organizations to provide a general briefing on Family Note. In the future, we will continue to listen to the voices of related organizations and sites and reflect them in our services.
Choi Jang-wook, CEO of Kids Note, said, “The silver market is also a place where communication is essential, and we decided to enter the silver care market because we thought it was our responsibility to reflect and contribute to the value of communication pursued by Kids Note.” “Based on the communication know-how we have accumulated over the past 10 years and Kakao’s stable infrastructure, we hope that seniors and their families can experience better communication,” he said.
