To establish the foundation, Chairman Kim sold a total of 4,321,521 shares of Kakao stock held by himself and K Cube Holdings last month to raise cash worth 500 billion won.
Chairman Kim was also listed as the 220th donor in March of ‘The Giving Pledge’, a campaign to return property to society.
