TIPS is a program where the government and private investors work together to discover promising startups with technology items that will lead the global market and have a high possibility of entering the global market, and provide support of up to 700 million won for two years.
Morova, which was founded in December last year, has attracted investment from Future Science and Technology Holdings and is developing a mobile platform commercialization model using the first prototype of the drive unit. We provide a platform to develop and commercialize robots and mobile platforms using modular driving parts, which are essential elements for mobility and robot automation.
Seong-Woo Jang, CEO of Morova, said, “Currently, actuators are highly dependent on foreign countries and have difficulties in cost and supply, so it is difficult to apply similar designs to various service sites.” He added, “To solve this, we are working to localize and create a market with unique mechanisms and integrated technologies. “I will try my best,” he said.
