Naver Cloud announced on the 28th that it will launch products specialized in human resources (HR) and finance in relation to the ‘Naver Cloud for Smart Work’ solution.
Naver Cloud for Smart Work is a B2B (business-to-business) solution that combines business collaboration tool ‘Naver Works’, customized corporate information system ‘Workplace’, and file sharing service ‘Workbox’.
Naver Works recently expanded the number of artificial intelligence (AI) translation supported languages from the existing 5 to a total of 8, and also added a new ‘View video conference screen sharing on mobile’ function.
Workplace also introduced the Lite plan product to maximize work efficiency. It allows companies of any size to use corporate information systems at a cheaper price. Additionally, a ‘bulletin board’ function was added to share company news and information.
Important posts are highlighted by being pinned to the top or set as must-read notices, and various bulletin board types are prepared considering the nature of the posts.
In addition, the member function includes ‘entry/exit management’, which automatically assigns a checklist of tasks required for joining and leaving the company according to company characteristics and tasks. ‘Fixed asset management’ has been added to the accounting function, accounting for registered company assets by fixed asset type and automatically generating slips.
