Odin Robotics (CEO Jang Hyeong-jun), a company located in the Pangyo Startup Zone established by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and operated by the Startup Promotion Agency and the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center, provides an ‘unmanned store safe insurance’ service through linkage with other companies.
Odin Robotics began supplying unmanned control solutions to PC rooms in November of last year. It is a company specializing in unmanned AI stores that has been supplying ‘Heimdall Unmanned 365’, an unmanned solution to meat stores since May of this year.
‘Heimdall Unmanned 365’ includes an AI access control solution based on QR authentication, AI store management that detects and notifies various events in the store, and a kiosk AI payment solution that provides store payment and management information.
Odin Robotics introduced a store remote operation (control) service that directly responds to customers in a solution based on existing AI and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies. It is an integrated unmanned store solution that goes beyond the simple control services of existing unmanned store solution companies and adds direct customer response services.
Odin Robotics plans to cooperate with the nation’s top dispatch service provider to provide dispatch and compensation services in the event of damage such as theft or device damage at unmanned stores.
During business hours, business operators are compensated for damages of up to 10 million won for damage to specific items, △ up to 10 million won for damage from inventory theft, and △ up to 2 million won for theft of cash, and during non-business hours, compensation for theft and damage is up to 10 million won. If business is impossible due to theft or damage, sales losses of up to 1 million won (200,000 won per day) will be compensated. If a customer suffers damage due to the store’s negligence, compensation is provided up to 10 million won.
In fact, the problem that unmanned store owners are most concerned about when operating a store is theft and the inability to operate due to kiosk failure. Odin Robotics plans to provide an integrated unmanned store solution that gives unmanned store owners greater peace of mind through insurance services.
