Bangseong Machinery (CEO Jang Wan-seop) announced that it will participate in ‘K-PRINT 8’, which will be held at the 23nd exhibition hall of KINTEX in Ilsan from Wednesday, August 26 to Saturday, August 2.

Bangseong Machinery is a company that has been operating in the label printing machine market for the past 20 years. Starting with the relocation of the Namyangju factory in 2008, the company has continued to update its manufacturing and production facilities, achieving product standardization, uniform quality, and standardization of parts, and providing customers with solutions at competitive prices.

At this exhibition, Bangseong Machinery will present the intermittent flexo solution that the company currently handles and supplies as its main product. This has the advantage of reasonable price and ease of operation compared to the existing floatary flexo, and is characterized by easy replacement of the color and plate of the printed material.

In terms of design, the sleeve method, which is different from the cylinder-gear method, is adopted to minimize tolerances, and the left and right deviation values are also greatly reduced. In addition, the air-cooling method that does not require a separate cooler minimizes dimensions, allowing for more efficient use of space within the factory.

An official from Bangseong Machinery said, “Recently, in the industry, flexographic printing machines that can smoothly print small quantities of various types of products, rather than mass printing of a single type, are attracting attention.” He added, “Our company also astutely identified this trend and developed an intermittent flexographic printing machine.” “It has been done,” he said, explaining the background of the product development.

He continued, “It is a product that was developed in July of this year and has not yet achieved sales results, but we expect that it will be able to quickly replace existing printing solutions by promoting differentiated completeness and quality through this exhibition.” He added, “Furthermore, the introduction of the smart factory system. “We will also increase our service capabilities for smooth and convenient use of our products, such as providing the convenience of remotely checking product defects and machine status,” he added.
