In addition, the elasticity of the noodles was maintained through a four-stage drying method that applied different temperatures and humidity at each stage, and the softness was maintained through a polyhydric aging method with sufficient water added.
An official from Eunseong Food explained, “Each serving is individually packaged, so it is perfect for single-person households who find it difficult to cook, dual-income couples who frequently work overtime, campers who need to pack lightly, and test takers looking for a simple late-night snack.”
He continued, “Our Suyeonsomen is included in in-flight meals and is also called ‘flying noodles.’ “With the vacuum kneading technique, we can slow down the spreading speed compared to regular noodles and maintain their chewiness even 7 hours after boiling the noodles,” he said. “With our own know-how, we are currently exporting them all over the world.” “We will research and develop to suit local tastes and target Southeast Asia, where rice noodles are the staple food,” he said.
