[Las Vegas (USA) = AVING News] Brava, a household food technology company, participated in ‘CES 1’ held in Las Vegas, USA for a total of 5 days from January 8th (Thursday) to 4th (Sunday, local time). They participated and launched a new model, ‘Brava Glass’, a smart oven that cooks with light.

The new model is a version of the Brava smart oven, which was first commercialized upon launching the brand in 2018, with 97% transparent glass attached to the oven door to reflect customer opinions.

Brava Glass maintains the same cooking modes as its predecessor, including Air Fry, Searing Meat, Bread, Quick Bake, Toast, Reheat, Rice Cook, Slow Cook, Dehydrate, and Keep Warm, while enhancing Brava’s Pure Light Cooking technology. In addition, it is equipped with a heat-resistant camera and machine vision to remotely monitor the cooking situation through the newly updated Brava Home smartphone app. Additionally, it has a built-in high-performance sensor such as a temperature gauge for accurate and consistent cooking.

Brava said the glass oven will help home cooks who want better food at home. He added that the multi-zone feature allows food to be cooked to the correct temperature with less energy than required by a conventional oven, highlighting the oven’s ability to cook meat and vegetables all at once on one tray. This reduces the stress caused by multitasking when cooking and helps you prepare quality meals at home.

“We’ve been thrilled with the positive impact Brava has had on everyday cooking habits and kitchens across America since its launch in 2018,” said John Pleasants, Brava Co-Founder and CEO. “With the addition of Brava Glass to our product lineup, we want to provide families with an even more immersive cooking experience that replicates cooking on the grill, stovetop, or around a campfire.”

“When we created Brava, we always kept glass doors in mind as we went through several prototypes before arriving at a final design that had the look and functionality we wanted,” said Thomas Cheng, Brava Co-Founder and CTO. With Brava Glass, we’re going back to the roots of prioritizing the user experience, giving chefs of all skill levels more control and hands-on experience with innovative technology.” He said.
