Eiffel Co., Ltd. (CEO Yoo Seong-ho) participated in ‘KOBA 5 (16st International Broadcasting, Media, Sound and Lighting Exhibition)’ held at COEX in Seoul from Tuesday, May 19th to Friday, May 2023th.
AEPEL, founded in 1998, is a specialized manufacturer of audio equipment and has not only supplied products to leading domestic companies, but has also achieved the success of entering various large facilities such as the Sangam-dong World Cup Stadium and Suwon World Cup Stadium.
The official explained that by aggressively developing not only domestic but also overseas markets, exports are maintaining a rapid increase by diversifying customers not only in Europe, the home of audio equipment, but also in the Americas and South America. In addition, it acquired Groovy in January 2016 and Sessionman in 1, transforming it into a company that encompasses both audio equipment and a product line of digital content that can be used.
The advantage of Nefis, which was introduced at this exhibition, was that it was advantageous in terms of reducing construction costs by enabling easy installation and construction of the equipment required for audio and video operation based on software and a network network. By linking an existing general speaker with an IP camera, sounds and comments can be sent to each speaker.
In this way, each speaker can be operated individually, and emergency calls and quick response are realized through emergency bell operation. It can be linked with an NVR, allowing integrated operation with existing IP cameras (onbiff protocol).
It boasts excellent scalability by being equipped with a POE power jumper circuit and power compensation circuit, and improves convenience by being able to remotely check for abnormalities in individual speakers. In addition, piping and wiring are possible with a single UTP cable.
Meanwhile, the KOBA exhibition, co-hosted by Korea E&X and the Korea Broadcasting Engineers Association, was held for the first time in 1991 to improve domestic broadcasting culture and develop the media, sound, and lighting industries, and celebrated its 31st anniversary this year. KOBA 2023, held at COEX Halls A, C, and D, presented next-generation broadcasting services and the future of the media, sound, and lighting industries. In particular, during the exhibition period, it provides an opportunity to acquire professional information related to broadcasting and sound through the International Broadcasting Technology Conference hosted by the Korea Broadcasting Engineers Association and the sound-related professional technology seminar hosted by the Korea Sound Artists Association and the Acoustical Society of Korea.
