The Future Automotive Industry Transition Joint Training Center presented a customized training roadmap for automotive industry transition at the ‘3 Seoul Mobility Show’, which opened on March 31st and will be held at KINTEX for a total of 4 days until April 9th.
The Korea Automotive Industry Cooperative, along with the Korea National University of Engineering and Technology, has been designated and operated by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea as a joint training center for future automobile industry transition in April 2022, and is operating to maintain employment and improve society by strengthening future automobile industry capabilities and switching jobs for incumbents. We want to contribute to achieving stability.
Through the development of a customized training roadmap for automotive industry transition, systematic job transition and employment retention can be realized based on the company’s training needs. We are developing customized education and training for companies that establish detailed status diagnosis and organizational and management diagnosis work processes.
The Future Automotive Industry Transition Joint Training Center provides systematic training necessary for job acquisition in the eco-friendly automobile field to employees and managers so that automobile parts companies can respond to changes in industrial structure. We strive to maintain employment and achieve social stability by supporting capacity building and job transition training for incumbents.
Efforts are being made to reduce negative perceptions of automotive parts companies and employees about industrial transition, and to ensure employment stability and systematic transition to the future automobile industry through professional job training.
Meanwhile, the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show will begin with a press day on March 1th (Thursday) at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 3 in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do under the theme of ‘Sustainable·Connected·Mobility (Sustainable·Connected·Mobility)’ and end on April 30th ( It will be held until Sunday. The total exhibition size is 4㎡, more than twice the size of the previous event (9㎡), and over 53,541 companies and organizations from 26,310 countries around the world will participate and showcase various mobility contents.
