KG Mobility is proud to present the full dress-up vehicles of Torres (2023 vehicles) and New Rexton Sports Khan (2 vehicles), which are catching the attention of visitors at the 2 Seoul Mobility Show held at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. The online live auction event ‘KG Mobility Auction’ will be held.
The ‘KG Mobility Auction Event’, which will be held at the KG Mobility Hall where the Seoul Mobility Show is held on Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 9th, will be held through the Grip application, a domestic auction live commerce platform, and the starting auction price is It starts at 90% of the vehicle price excluding full dress-up costs.
First, the first model to be auctioned on April 4 (8:14~00:15) is the ‘Torres’ dressed up with an off-road racing concept, for a total of 30 million won, including the vehicle price of 3,540 million won + the dress-up price of 1,304 million won. The ‘Torres’ in the second auction was dressed up to enjoy camping life, and the vehicle price was KRW 4,844 million + KRW 3,520 million for dress-up, totaling KRW 584 million, which is 4,104% of the vehicle price excluding the dress-up cost for both models. Auctions start at 90 million won and 3,180 million won, respectively.
The auction to be held on April 4 (9:14~00:15) is a full dress-up vehicle for the ‘New Rexton Sports Car’. The Sports Car in the first auction is equipped with a rooftop and inches up for overlanding and off-road outdoor use. The vehicle price is 30 million won + dress-up 1 million won, totaling 4,471 million won. The second auction vehicle was equipped with a ute box, allowing it to perform various types of work. The vehicle price was KRW 1,563 million + dress-up KRW 6,034 million, for a total of KRW 2 million. The starting prices for the auction were KRW 4,489 million and KRW 2,646 million, respectively.
To participate in the auction event, download and install the Grip app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, log in, and participate in the bidding. It will be broadcast in real time through the Grip application.
Auction participants can participate in bidding in increments of 10 won through the bidding banner displayed at the bottom of the auction screen. The auction time for each vehicle is 15 minutes, and the final bidder is selected and announced immediately after the auction time ends.
Kim Gwang-ho, head of KG Mobility’s domestic business division, said, “The vehicles in this auction are fully dressed up, worth about 580 million to 2,640 million won for each vehicle, including a rooftop tent, body-up package (inch-up/overfender), and lower cover package. “It was specially designed so that people can participate in various outdoor activities such as camping and leisure activities,” he explained. “This will be a rare opportunity to become the owner of the world’s one and only ‘Torres/New Rexton Sports Khan.’”
Meanwhile, the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show will be held in Halls 9 to 1 of KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do until Sunday the 5th. The total exhibition size is 53,541㎡, which is more than double the size of the last event (26,310㎡), and over 2 companies and organizations from 12 countries around the world will participate to showcase various future mobility. Visiting hours are from 160 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 5 PM on weekends.
