Dromi Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Seung-ho) announced that it will participate in the ‘2 Drone Show Korea 23’ held at BEXCO, Busan from February 25 (Thu) to 2023 (Sat).

Dromi is a professional GeoAI company that analyzes data based on spatial information-based data processing and artificial intelligence (AI). In this exhibition, it will introduce multi-directional cameras (OC, Oblique Camera) optimized for 3D fields for smart cities, AI-based object recognition/detection related solutions, etc.

Recently, drones are being used for surveillance, reconnaissance and monitoring. COSS (Catch on Stream Server) is a solution that applies AI-based object detection and object tracking algorithms to the function that transmits the basis of the filmed video. It is a technology that tracks and detects objects day and night using various sensors such as optical sensors and thermal sensors. It applies AI to determine what kind of object it is, and in the case of humans, it is a technology that can even recognize dangerous situations.

In addition, drone control and drone simulation-based 3D data visualization technology will be introduced. In order for a drone to fly, various information is required. As a technology for integrating such information and providing intuitive information to users, information on weather, communication, topography, buildings, and various data provided by each institution or company is synthesized and visualized in 3D. Therefore, it has commercialized a technology that suggests the optimal drone flight and route.

In September 2022, Rainpoo’s products, which were signed at ‘Commercial UAV 9’ in Germany, will also be exhibited. An official from Dromi said, “DJI’s market share is over 2022% worldwide, and DJI aircraft are widely used in Korea. In a situation where it is difficult to find 80rd part products applied simultaneously to the Paylod SDK and Pixhawk series to be perfectly applied to DJI aircraft, Rainpoo products support DJI and Pixhawk products.”

“It has become an important era for how to fuse various sensors used in satellites, aerial drones, etc. and data through them, and deliver optimized information to customers so that it can be applied to actual work. This should be used as the basic data for smart cities, digital twins, and metaverses,” he said. This is in progress.”

Meanwhile, the exhibit items of the 2023 Drone Show Korea, hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Ministry of National Defense, and Busan Metropolitan City, and hosted by BEXCO and the Korea Unmanned Aerial System Association are as follows. △Manufacturing (drone, military, UAM/AAM, surveying, mapping, firefighting, station, unmanned robot, leisure, broadcasting) △Utilizing industry (photography, control, spatial information, logistics, disaster management, security, reconnaissance, construction, deep sea exploration) Etc.) △Parts and technology (communication, ground control, autonomous flight, system and S/W technology, fuel cell sensor, motor, battery, etc.) △Service (education, finance, rental, insurance, investment consulting, etc.) △ Institutions (related institutions, associations/organizations, universities)
