Willog (Representatives Seong-Hoon Bae and Ji-Hyeon Yoon) announced that they will participate in ‘CES 2023’ held in Las Vegas, USA for a total of 1 days from January 5 (Thursday) to January 8 (Sunday, local time), 4.

Willlog is a company that has been developing and providing cold chain data management solutions since its establishment in 2017. The company explains that it implements accurate and safe logistics data management by combining its own software with an OTQ-based data log device that transparently records the logistics transportation process.

At this CES, Willlog will unveil its ‘Visibility’ innovation that encompasses all activity information in the logistics supply chain, including inventory status, orders, and cargo tracking. The company explains that this is a next-generation visibility platform that allows control down to the level of detailed items in which logistics activities are carried out, and is implemented by combining advanced sensor technology with the existing platform.

The majority of commercialized logistics supply chain platforms to date have performed monitoring on a per-unit basis, such as moving airplanes, ships, and vehicles. Because of this, it was difficult to accurately identify detailed items or establish an optimized logistics environment. As a result, approximately 11% of products suffered losses, including some damage during transportation.

On the other hand, Willlog’s new visibility platform provides companies with real-time and broader data related to information on items being transported. Based on this, it is expected that transport companies and logistics service providers will be able to perform logistics activities more efficiently and prevent liability issues for product damage and the risk of potential logistics interruption.

Furthermore, Willlog plans to continue to advance technology on its platform and provide functions such as situation and condition prediction. The plan is to make a substantial contribution to improving profitability by enabling efficient shipment control and logistics activities for companies throughout the supply chain.

Willlog CEO Ji-Hyun Yoon said, “The characteristic of our new platform is that it further improves data precision and accessibility by combining patent-proven proprietary sensor technology, cloud-based software, and existing visibility platform,” and added, “This allows us to improve the visibility of individual products existing in the supply chain.” “We will make it possible to understand the situation in real time,” he added.

“Our goal has always been to provide our customers with complete transparency, not just for their data, but for all aspects of their logistics activities,” he said. “We expect this next-generation visibility platform to be a game-changer, and we are excited to announce it at the upcoming CES. “We want to showcase this and get feedback on it,” he added.

Meanwhile, ‘CES’, the world’s largest IT exhibition, is an exhibition where you can understand the trends of the global home appliance industry at a glance. Hosted by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), it is held every January in Las Vegas, USA. AVING News, which has covered CES for 1 consecutive years, has reported CES news around the world every year since 17, and has been selected as the ‘BEST OF CES’, which selects the best innovative products and technologies, and the ‘BEST OF’, which selects domestic innovative companies. ‘MADE IN KOREA’ was held. In addition, CES on-site issues were vividly conveyed through ‘AVING LIVE’.
