KOAD Co., Ltd. (CEO Dae-hoon Lee) will participate in ‘KOPLAS 3 (14th International Plastics and Rubber Industry Exhibition)’ held at KINTEX in Ilsan for 18 days from Tuesday, March 5th to Saturday, March 2023th. We are introducing automatic doors, a customized solution suitable for the plastic and rubber industries.

COAD is an automatic door total solution company that operates under a responsible construction system that takes responsibility for everything from manufacturing to construction and after-sales service of high-quality products through technicians with abundant know-how and independent patents. The company cited its advantage as having the largest number of models in the country, allowing it to produce automatic doors suitable for various sites.

Among them, at this KOPLAS exhibition, COAD-3S (indoor automatic recovery type) product, which can prevent attacks by yellow dust, fine dust, and mayflies that occur every year, will be exhibited.

COAD-3S is COAD’s new product that allows quick escape in emergency situations such as explosions, fires, earthquakes, etc. and has a thinner frame to reduce noise and ensure sealing power. The official explains that the patented indoor self-recoverable speed door is a non-contact sensor that can be used automatically without clicking a button, blocking the proliferation of microorganisms and even solving daily quarantine, which has become essential in the aftermath of COVID-19. In addition, through a self-developed controller, various untact quarantine options such as opening and closing speed control, air curtain, and clean room linkage can be applied.

In addition, we will also introduce four of COAD’s best products. The basic automatic door △COAD-4 is designed for easy seat replacement, and its strong sealing power through the windlock system prevents the outflow of dust and noise. COAD-1, a slim automatic door for indoor use, is a built-in motor type that can be installed in narrow indoor spaces, and its feature is that it allows for more practical indoor work through interlocking with conveyor belts or interlocks. The motor is protected so it can be used longer and is waterproof.

△COAD-3 is an automatic door that automatically recovers from external impacts. It is a zipper-type product and boasts better sealing power than COAD-1, making it resistant to strong winds. COAD said, “In particular, when there is a strong impact from the outside, the zipper comes off and is automatically restored, making it an economical automatic door with no maintenance costs. “It is recommended for industrial sites where there is a lot of on-site logistics movement,” he said.

△COAD-20, which complements the shortcomings of existing overhead doors, has an opening and closing speed that is three times faster than existing products and can be installed in places with low ceilings through a retractable manufacturing method. In particular, it is a product that improves crime prevention and insulation by using high-density polyurethane panels. This is an automatic door used for products that need to be protected from the outside or maintain temperature.

A COAD official said, “Directly managed branches and directly managed construction teams operating in eight cities nationwide provide the same quality and service anywhere in the country. “We ask for your interest in our total automatic door solution presented at the KOPLAS 8 exhibition.”

On the other hand, KOPLAS, which celebrates its 2023th anniversary in 27, provides a variety of attractions from raw materials for plastics to molds, processing machines, related auxiliary devices, automation solutions, printing, packaging, semi-finished products, and finished products, and presents the present and future of related industries. It provides a ‘place for the plastic rubber-related industry’. As it is held at the same time as the Korea Material·Composite Material and Equipment Exhibition (K-Mtech) and the International Mold and Related Equipment Exhibition (INTERMOLD KOREA), you can meet various products in one place.
