‘Torres EVX’, which attracted attention as the most anticipated model at the Seoul Mobility Show, is the first electrified model of KG Mobility (after the company name change), which was newly born by adding EV sensibility to structural strength by utilizing the authentic SUV Torres platform that did not exist in the world. Based on the design philosophy of ‘Powered by Toughness’, it is the only mid-size authentic electric SUV in Korea that combines a future-oriented style with an off-road concept.
The front design of the Torres EVX expresses the identity of the electric vehicle that KG Mobility will create through the formative beauty of powerful and concise lines and the strong and detailed horizontal LED daytime running light (DRL) ‘kinetic lighting block’, and the strength of an off-roader. The toeing cover of the front bumper and the rear combination lamp in the shape of , respectively, represent the patterns of ‘Li’, which symbolizes the sea and fire, and ‘Gon’, which means the earth, among the geon, kon, gam, and ri of the Taegeukgi.

Along with this, Torres TX, a special model to expand Torres lineup for outdoor activities and extreme leisure, was introduced and went on sale. Based on the Torres T7 model, the Torres TX implements a more dynamic and authentic SUV style through exclusive parts such as 20-inch forged wheels and angled wheel arches and garnish.
In particular, Torres TX applied a roof flat carrier to load bicycles and sports equipment according to the user’s purpose, and added convenience by applying a side storage box and roof climbing handle on the side. In accordance with KG Mobility’s mid- to long-term development plan, O100 and F100, design concept models that can measure future visions, KR10, design model development process, and EV platform, which is an integration of future electrification technology, were also unveiled.
The O100, a new electric pickup model based on the Torres EVX, has a design that emphasizes practicality so that you can enjoy a lifestyle that encompasses the city and the outdoors based on a solid-looking body design.
The F100 presented a new direction in the design of a large electric SUV that can expand the realm of life by adding a mechanical and futuristic sensibility to the bold image of the traditional SUV. In addition, the kinetic lighting block concept, which can be configured in various ways, can express the individuality of consumers, and shows the direction of KG Mobility’s EV identity through a more advanced digital gesture front design.
The KR10 is a semi-mid-size authentic SUV that inherits the heritage of the Korando, a symbol of strength in the history of automobiles in Korea.
KG Mobility’s new EV platform applies front and rear motors to enable switching between front/rear and two-wheel/four-wheel drive depending on the driving environment, as well as integrating the functions of various parts into one. The front 2in4 and rear 3in1 designs increase space efficiency such as the configuration of the frunk, and the flat battery system and optimized design allow for expansion of the interior space through wheelbase adjustment.
As such, the 380kW New EV platform, which can apply various new technologies and expand lineups by segment, will be developed and applied by 2026.
