Emerson Korea (CEO Jaesung Jung) announced that it will participate in the World Hydrogen Expo 2025 (WHE 2025), to be held at KINTEX from December 4 to December 7.

The exhibition brings together global hydrogen companies and government officials to share next-generation hydrogen technologies and industry trends, and explore opportunities for cooperation. Starting this year, the Hydrogen International Conference and the existing international exhibition, H2 MEET, have been integrated into a single event combining both conference and exhibition formats.

Emerson Korea provides sustainable automation solutions across the entire hydrogen industry, from production to transportation, storage, and utilization. Under the theme “Building a Smarter and Safer Hydrogen Value Chain,” the company will showcase instrumentation and valve solutions designed to meet demanding conditions, including the ultra-cryogenic environment of liquid hydrogen and the corrosion and erosion risks associated with ammonia, while enhancing safety and efficiency throughout hydrogen storage and transport processes.

At its exhibition booth, Emerson Korea will present key technologies that help secure infrastructure stability and reliability, including innovative instrumentation solutions based on precision measurement and wireless data, flame and gas detection safety solutions, and pressure and safety relief valves for liquid hydrogen (LH₂) infrastructure.

Emerson has demonstrated the reliability of its technologies through a wide range of hydrogen projects in Korea and overseas, contributing to the construction and expansion of hydrogen infrastructure through its expertise and know-how. In Korea, Emerson was selected as an automation partner for Hysone’s large-capacity hydrogen refueling stations and storage facilities for commercial vehicles, supplying core equipment such as pressure and temperature transmitters, ultrasonic gas leak detectors, and pressure regulators, thereby actively supporting the development of the domestic hydrogen ecosystem.

In collaboration with Toyota Australia, Emerson provided process control systems for the construction of commercial-scale hydrogen production, storage, and refueling plants. By implementing the DeltaV distributed control system, Emerson enabled efficient operations through real-time process data collection and monitoring. In addition, as a technology partner of Australian hydrogen storage and distribution company H2 Hauler, Emerson established an integrated hydrogen transportation management system to strengthen supply chain safety and reliability.

Jaesung Jung, CEO of Emerson Korea, said, “Based on real-world references and technical capabilities accumulated across global hydrogen industry sites, Emerson has actively supported the creation of smart operating environments and the growth of the hydrogen ecosystem,” adding, “Through this exhibition, we expect to demonstrate further the advancement of automation solutions across the entire hydrogen value chain and strengthen cooperation with domestic and global partners.”

Meanwhile, the World Hydrogen Expo 2025 is the world’s largest hydrogen industry event, bringing together hydrogen companies from around the globe to showcase the latest technologies and trends and create opportunities for global collaboration. Starting this year, the Hydrogen International Conference and the hydrogen industry exhibition H2 MEET have been integrated into a single event, covering the entire hydrogen value chain from production to storage, transportation, and utilization, and positioning itself as a global hub for sharing innovative technologies and market strategies.
