TESK Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeng Sang Hwang) participated in the Future Innovation Tech Expo 2024 (FIX 2024), held at EXCO from October 23 to 26.
TESK has established its expertise by manufacturing diesel particulate filters (DPS), selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems, and exhaust pipes for internal combustion engines. These products are supplied to major corporations such as HD Hyundai Infracore and agricultural machinery manufacturers. In recent years, the company has expanded into producing medium- and high-pressure hydrogen piping for fuel cells and cases for medium-to-large batteries (secondary cells), aligning with the growing demand for green energy solutions in response to climate change concerns.
At FIX 2024, TESK showcased its high-pressure hydrogen piping products. The lineup includes medium—and low-pressure double-barrel piping and metal-seal piping for pressures up to 70 MPa. According to the company, metal-seal piping has demonstrated exceptional safety and reliability, making it suitable for hydrogen fuel cell trucks, buses, trams, ships, and heavy equipment. These products have already been adopted for hydrogen buses and transport vehicles.
Additionally, TESK unveiled a prototype of double-bend piping for liquid hydrogen. This innovative product minimizes temperature loss in cryogenic conditions, preventing changes in the transported hydrogen while maximizing spatial efficiency with a three-dimensional bending structure.
The company also presented medium-to-large battery cases optimized for non-passenger vehicles, such as electric forklifts, trucks, and excavators, drawing significant visitor interest.
A TESK representative stated, “We are here to introduce our hydrogen piping and medium-to-large battery case products to potential clients to create new growth drivers and opportunities. We aim to continue developing products and technologies that meet the demands of the eco-friendly and ESG era, elevating TESK’s value to a global standard.”
FIX 2024 featured specialized exhibitions, conferences, and business programs focusing on mobility, robotics, AI, and startups. The Daegu International Future Auto & Mobility Expo 2024 at EXCO’s East Wing showcased trends in UAM, autonomous driving, batteries, components, and services. Meanwhile, the 2024 ICT Convergence Expo Korea, held in the West Wing, exhibited AI, big data, blockchain, ICT, and metaverse technologies. The 2024 Daegu Robot Expo displayed industrial robots, humanoid robots, and digital transformation solutions for the robotics industry. The “Startup Arena” was introduced to facilitate meetings between startups and experts from startup accelerators like Samsung C-Lab and Plug and Play.
