    MDM participated in the “2024 Future Innovation tech eXpo (FIX 2024)” held from October 23 to October 26 at Daegu EXCO.

    Since its founding in 2011, MDM has specialized in power electronics module design and has begun offering PCB, structural, and simulation services. The company develops and manufactures products for the automotive, aerospace, robotics, display, IT, semiconductor, and energy sectors, providing R&D services and certified development and design capabilities.

    MDM’s expertise includes electromagnetic interference mitigation, high-density product design, and a 48,000-item 3D PCB component database that ensures consistent product quality and design integrity through Six Sigma and TRIZ analysis. The company also provides cooling, shielding, and waterproofing solutions for high-density products, and over ten domestic and international patents back its products.

    Additionally, MDM has developed universal motor drivers, smart charging modules, ultra-high-density LDC modules, and universal battery packs to serve diverse customer needs.

    At FIX 2024, MDM introduced the “Function Combined Vehicle Control Module (FCVCM),” integrating VCU, LDC, BMS, MCU, and PDU into a single module. This multi-functional module improves vehicle mounting efficiency, stabilizes performance, and reduces production costs by over 30%.

    MDM expressed its commitment to being an invaluable partner in product development, promising continuous effort to meet client needs. The company stated, “We and our allied manufacturing and development consortium partners will provide extensive support to address the challenges our clients face in product development.”

    FIX 2024 featured specialized exhibitions, conferences, and business programs focusing on mobility, robotics, AI, and startups. The Daegu International Future Auto & Mobility Expo 2024 at EXCO’s East Wing showcased trends in UAM, autonomous driving, batteries, components, and services. Meanwhile, the 2024 ICT Convergence Expo Korea, held in the West Wing, exhibited AI, big data, blockchain, ICT, and metaverse technologies. The 2024 Daegu Robot Expo displayed industrial robots, humanoid robots, and digital transformation solutions for the robotics industry. The “Startup Arena” was introduced to facilitate meetings between startups and experts from startup accelerators like Samsung C-Lab and Plug and Play.
