Tasking Korea (CEO Hyungjin Kim) announced its participation in the Future Innovation Tech Expo 2024 (FIX 2024), held at EXCO in Daegu from October 23 to 26.

Tasking Korea, the Korean branch of Tasking, a leading embedded software solutions company founded in Germany in 1977, partners with major semiconductor manufacturers and global automotive OEMs. The company provides specialized compilers, debuggers, and static verification solutions for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), autonomous driving, and other automotive electronic sectors, focusing on functional safety and reliability.

According to Tasking Korea, the company’s global network, which supports over 30,000 engineers worldwide, attests to the durability and performance of its products, solidifying its leadership in the industry.

At FIX 2024, Tasking Korea will introduce the Tasking debugger lineup. Following a 2023 acquisition, Tasking acquired iSYSTEM, a company with a strong network in the U.S. and European automotive markets. This acquisition expanded Tasking’s portfolio to include premium debuggers, software tracking, and analysis tools.

The Tasking debugger lineup integrates compilers and debuggers into a single toolchain, providing engineers with a convenient, all-in-one development environment. The newly launched models, iC7 Pro, and iC7 Max, released in July, feature enhanced performance and an updated design, receiving positive feedback in the global market.

A Tasking Korea representative stated, “Tasking has reliably supplied its solutions to Hyundai Motor Group, LG, Samsung, LS Automotive, and other key players in Korea’s automotive electronics industry for over 20 years. As Korea’s influence in the global automotive market grows, we see this exhibition as a pivotal opportunity to advance our presence in the domestic market.”

They added, “Tasking Korea aims to actively supply its continually improving debugger lineup to the Korean market and expand into the semiconductor, consumer electronics, and broader IT industries. To showcase the excellence of our solutions, we are planning various marketing activities, including tech days and conferences.”

FIX 2024 featured specialized exhibitions, conferences, and business programs focusing on mobility, robotics, AI, and startups. The Daegu International Future Auto & Mobility Expo 2024 at EXCO’s East Wing showcased trends in UAM, autonomous driving, batteries, components, and services. Meanwhile, the 2024 ICT Convergence Expo Korea, held in the West Wing, exhibited AI, big data, blockchain, ICT, and metaverse technologies. The 2024 Daegu Robot Expo displayed industrial robots, humanoid robots, and digital transformation solutions for the robotics industry. The “Start-up Arena” was introduced to facilitate meetings between startups and experts from startup accelerators like Samsung C-Lab and Plug and Play.
