‘Rebuilder AI’, a company specializing in 3D modeling artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, signed a business agreement with ‘Megaplan’, which has photo-based space modeling technology, to build virtual spaces. Through this business agreement, Rebuilder AI plans to secure a large amount of virtual space data based on actual photos.
Rebuilder AI is a company with expertise in AI technology and AR/VR technology that allows anyone to easily and quickly create 3D models using mobile phone images. Rebuilder AI, which was recently selected as a ‘promising company to attract foreign investment’ by the Seoul Investment Office, has further strengthened its competitiveness by allowing users to freely use automatically converted 3D models at their convenience.
Megaplan is a VR and AR specialist company that provides 3D space models optimized for the 4th industry, and has expertise in implementing offline spaces in 3D that are close to real life. It is attracting attention in the domestic 3D space market, starting with the implementation of Lotte Hotel in Hanoi as a virtual hotel and recently 3D virtualization of domestic hospitals.
Rebuilder AI has recently participated in a 3D asset data construction project and has shown great interest in building object data.
Meanwhile, Rebuilder AI has been selected and is receiving support from the 2022 KB Unicorn Club, jointly run by the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation and KB Kookmin Bank, and NEST, a private investment-led technology startup support program run by the Credit Guarantee Fund, and TIPS, a private investment-led technology start-up support program.
