The ‘KakaoTalk Goodbye Campaign’ provides safety-related information that KakaoTalk users need to know while using KakaoTalk in their daily lives. A list of questions that users may be curious about while using KakaoTalk is created under the concept of a conversation where ‘users ask questions and KakaoTalk answers’, and ‘Hello’ KakaoTalk makes it easier for users to recognize and implement safety-related behaviors. The first campaign, which will run from the 8th to September 2nd, will inform users about ways to prevent exposure to security risks such as phishing and prevent others from impersonating users by updating the latest version of KakaoTalk and renewing certificates.
To this end, users who have installed the latest version of KakaoTalk and updated their Kakao certificate will be provided with a certificate with a new design featuring five types of Kakao characters.
