NCSoft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as NC) will hold the ‘Gyeonggi Philharmonic Game Concert Lineage’ hosted by Gyeonggi Arts Center on September 2nd. This is an orchestra performance held under the theme of ‘Lineage’, Korea’s representative game intellectual property (IP).
Lineage is Korea’s first Internet-based online game launched in 1998 and has been in service for 25 years to date. NC provides various content IPs such as OSTs, scores, and videos necessary for performances and supports the performing arts and creative fields.
In this performance, you can enjoy 40 representative soundtracks from Lineage, Lineage M, and Lineage W, including ‘Hermit’, ‘Eternity’, and ‘Siege’, played by an orchestra. In addition, visual elements such as animation and graphics used in the game will be showcased along with the performance.
The game concert Lineage will be held for 100 minutes at Lotte Concert Hall starting at 8 PM on September 2nd. The conductor will be conducted by Jeong Nara, chief conductor of the Chungnam Symphony Orchestra in Gongju City, and the Gyeonggi Philharmonic Orchestra will perform. It is jointly hosted by the Gyeonggi Philharmonic, the Gyeonggi Provincial Orchestra, and Plasic Co., Ltd., a platform company specializing in game music.
