The 7th session, which completed the selection of 32 participating companies in various fields including digital new technology, proptech, fintech, agritech, and EGS in June, is being held under the theme of ‘Dreaming of NH’s great leap forward.’ Acceleration programs such as investment and work space support are provided to selected companies.
Korea Housing Information operates a digital management office ‘management secrets’ service for small buildings using an algorithm using residential data, and has been selected for the 7th NH Digital Challenge Plus and has received various support.
Management Secret is a propfintech service specializing in the management of apartment complexes subject to non-mandatory management, and is expanding its business to various fields, from improving the resident experience to finance and building energy.
Lee Ho-yeol, head of the Korea Housing Information Center, said, “We are strengthening our own unique data-based algorithms and technologies through continuous collaboration with the financial sector,” and added, “Ultimately, we will achieve digital transformation (DT) of the resident experience of living in small buildings.” “Through this, we will achieve standardization of management of non-mandatory apartment complexes,” he said.
Meanwhile, Korea Housing Information has been selected for the 2022 ‘KB Unicorn Club’ program jointly run by the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center and KB Kookmin Bank and is receiving support for a customized accelerator program. In addition, the company is growing rapidly by being recognized for its technological prowess based on not only its proven S/W development capabilities through winning the KAIST competition, but also its team members comprised of master’s and doctoral graduates majoring in artificial intelligence (AI).
