ServeQ will present a unique combination of recipes and a variety of customer experience events at a famous coffee/bakery exhibition in Korea.
ServeQ, the food ingredients distribution business brand of Samyang Corporation, a food/chemical affiliate of Samyang Group, will participate in the ’21st Seoul Cafe Show’, which opens on the 23rd and will be held at COEX for four days until the 26th.
ServeQ operates a promotional booth with the ‘Grocerant’ concept so that visitors can obtain bakery operation solutions through frozen bakery dough and finished products. Grocerant is a compound word of Grocery and Restaurant, and refers to a unique food culture space where you can make and taste food using ingredients purchased at the store.
ServeQ includes its own frozen bakery products, including ▲Swiss frozen bakery brand Hiestand ▲French premium bakery brand Coup de pates ▲authentic Danish Danish brand Mette Munk ▲American chunky cookie brand Otis Samyang Company’s exclusive imported products such as Otis Spunkmeyer will be introduced. In addition, ingredients that can be used in bakeries, such as Mutti sauce, an Italian tomato brand, and Anchor, a New Zealand butter brand, will also be displayed.

ServeQ plans to attract customer interest through various demonstration events during the exhibition period. In particular, a chef from Aryzta Group, a leading frozen bakery company in Europe, presents a unique recipe using coupe de pot croissants and Histang bread rolls. ServeQ signed a long-term business partnership agreement, including technology partnership, with Arista Group and is leading the domestic frozen bakery sector through the development and production of its own products, as well as the import and distribution of overseas premium products.
In addition, at ServeQ, a pastry chef belonging to Samyang Corporation will demonstrate various recipes using frozen croissant dough, and a culinary researcher will also present catering menus using cookie, canelette, croissant, and pie dough on site.
In addition, a customer experience event called ‘DIY Crofle Making’ was run where people could decorate Crofle made from croissant dough with toppings, and a photo zone where commemorative photos could be taken was also set up on the second floor of the promotional booth. An event will be held where croissant goods and muti sauce will be given away to customers who follow ServeQ Instagram and set up ServeQ Mall notification settings.
Kim Jae-hong, head of Samyang Corporation’s Food Ingredients Distribution BU, said, “We plan to introduce recipes that can be easily made in cafes and restaurants using various ingredients produced and supplied by Samyang Corporation ServeQ. To this end, we will publicize the appeal of Samyang Corporation’s food ingredients and communicate with customers.” “We will continue to increase the number of contact points that we can do,” he said.
Currently, ServeQ products are supplied to hotels, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, catering companies, etc., and are receiving a positive response by providing various recipe solutions to window bakeries operated by private businesses.
