    [Pangyo Tech] Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center held the ‘9th Startup 815’… “Customized track operation for art tech companies!”

    The Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as the Gyeonggi Innovation Center), the operating organization of the Pangyo Startup Zone, successfully held the ‘9th Startup 815’ held at the Startup Zone on the 24th.

    The event was held in two tracks through collaboration between the Gyeonggi Innovation Center and the Arts Management Support Center. It consists of a scale-up track that supports investments above Pre-A and a jump-up track that supports investments above Seed. The companies selected for each track were promising companies in Gyeonggi-do and had IR pitching and networking sessions to attract investment.

    The scale-up track includes ▲’Sound Platform’, a company that developed the B2C sound therapy application ‘MULIEF’ ▲’Shudder’, a visual art-based advertising planning and production company ▲’Movers’, a 3D Animated motion solution development company ▲NFT album trading online label platform Development company ‘Lunart’ participated and introduced its core technology and vision.

    Professional VC judges including Idea Bridge, Solaire Partners, Blue Point Partners, New Paradigm Investment, and Alumni Partners participated as judges.

    In the jump-up track, ▲’Mooncademy’, a musical instrument vertical/rental platform company ▲’Nodamen’, a company that developed the digital art platform ‘PATRON’ ▲’E-Cream’, a company that researched and developed the AI-based creative assistant tool ‘Anate’ ▲ Mansion Nine, a company that discovers influencers in the visual arts field and develops a platform for direct trade of art between individuals, announced.

    Professional AC judges including Kingsley Ventures, Good One Ventures, COMPANY D, Stick Ventures, and Ensle Partners participated as judges.

    After the companies’ IR pitching, feedback from investment experts was provided, and follow-up networking continued for practical investment connections.

    The Startup 815 program, operated by the Gyeonggi Innovation Center, is held every Thursday at the Pangyo Startup Zone under the subheadings of Startup 815, NEXT, and SEED for the purpose of discovering excellent companies at each company level and stimulating investment.

    Meanwhile, the Startup Zone is Korea’s largest startup support cluster, established in 2017 by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to intensively foster promising startups in new industries, and operated by the Startup Promotion Agency and the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center.
