Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as Gyeonggi Innovation Center, Center Director Shin Hyun-sam), Soinet (CEO Kim Yong-ho/Park Jeong-woo), and Sanwoon Elementary School (Principal Choi Chang-hoon) held a joint development agreement on the 22nd (Tuesday) for the joint development of a non-face-to-face artificial intelligence diagnostic evaluation service for elementary schools. A business agreement was signed.

This tripartite agreement is intended to build big data through a question bank database for each elementary school grade and question bank service. In addition, we will jointly develop an intelligent learning diagnosis and testing service in which artificial intelligence diagnoses the student’s level and recommends problems.

Soinet, which participated in the agreement, is a startup that provides artificial intelligence services with a memory that is 2 to 3 times faster than Google’s TensorFlow when executing artificial intelligence inference and is one-fifth the weight.

Jeong Cheol-woong, managing director of Soinet, said, “We are developing this artificial intelligence test service suitable for large-capacity processing by integrating our technology,” and added, “We plan to enable it to be used simultaneously in over 7,000 elementary schools across the country.”

Choi Chang-hoon, principal of Sanwoon Elementary School, said, “As the coronavirus situation continued, the demand for non-face-to-face diagnostic evaluations increased in elementary schools, and there were difficulties in creating and managing test questions when changing positions between grades.” He added, “This collaboration allows teachers to use artificial intelligence to help teachers.” “We expect to be able to devote more time to developing diverse learning programs and educating the whole person,” he said.

Shin Hyun-sam, director of the center who participated in this joint development, said, “We are pleased to be able to support Soinet, a childcare company at the Gyeonggi Innovation Center,” and added, “We will actively support innovation in various areas.”
