AhnLab ‘s (CEO Seok-Kyun Kang ) endpoint integrated security solution V3 received certification by recording a perfect overall score in the latest (August ) PC vaccine evaluation conducted by the global security product testing agency ‘AV-TEST’ .
AhnLab V3 participated in AV-TEST’s PC vaccine evaluation (Windows 10 environment ) in two categories, ‘Home User (Individual User )’ and ‘Business User (Enterprise User )’, and ▲’Diagnosis Rate’, which evaluates the latest malware detection rate. (Protection)’ ▲ ‘Performance’, which evaluates the impact on PC performance when running a solution ▲’Usability’, which measures false positives, etc., with perfect scores in all evaluation items ( out of 6 points per item , overall score of 18) received a perfect score ) .
In this evaluation, V3 was also selected as a ‘ Top Product ‘ , which is given to products with top scores . As a result, V3 continued its record of being selected as ‘Top Product’ in all three recent PC vaccine evaluations for ‘home users’ and ‘business users’ ( April, June, and August 2021 ) .
“AhnLab is the only company in Korea that has participated in AV-TEST’s security solution testing since 2012 and has been recording top global scores , ” said Han Chang-gyu, director of AhnLab’s Security Response Center (ASEC). “We will work to create a safe internet environment,” he said .
In addition to AV-TEST , AhnLab is recognized for its global security technology by obtaining certifications from various global security evaluation organizations such as Virus Bulletin’s ‘ VB100’ and ‘ ICSA Labs’ .
