Safety participated in the ’23rd International Shipbuilding and Offshore Industry Exhibition (KORMARINE 2023)’ held at BEXCO in Busan for 4 days from October 24th (Tuesday) to 27th (Friday).
Safety, an affiliate of NK, is NK Group’s business partner for maritime services and exclusively manages NK Group’s global sales and after-sales service network. Since 2002, with a fundamental understanding of high pressure gas dynamics, storage and automation applications, The Safety has been developing and servicing a global partner for high pressure gas applications and pneumatic actuation systems.
The company mainly specializes in fire suppression systems, gas filling stations and water treatment technologies, and has engineering, logistics, sales, operations and consulting services for various business sectors.
This exhibition mainly introduced fire protection systems and equipment. It is comprised of a team of NK fire protection system experts with experience in engineering, installation, testing, commissioning and remodeling of newly built and operating vessels. The official explains that the team is looking for optimal solutions for various firefighting systems on various ships.
A safety official said, “Our company mainly supplies system fire extinguishing equipment, including annual inspection of ships and supply of spare parts. “We are also supplying equipment to escape in the event of safety accidents such as lifts and boats.”
Meanwhile, KORMARINE 2023, co-hosted by Busan City, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, Korea Shipbuilding and Offshore Plant Association, Korea Shipbuilding and Marine Equipment Industry Cooperative, Lead K Fairs Co., Ltd. and BEXCO, will feature domestic and overseas shipbuilding, offshore plant, Cutting-edge equipment and new technologies in marine energy were showcased.
