Amazing Food Solutions Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Hyun-jin) will participate in the ‘7 Agri & Food Tech Start-up Rising Expo’ held at COEX Hall A in Seoul for three days from July 26 (Wed) to 28 (Fri). 3)’.
Amazing Food Solution is a domestic company that has developed products based on the largest patient food database in Korea and has proposed ‘how to eat properly’. Subjective taste and taste expression are also objectified with data to recommend patient meals considering consumer tastes, and a hyper-personalized customized nutrition management platform is being built using the collected individual data.
In particular, the company explains that its own brand, Amazing Food, provides a customized care diet program through nutrition counseling, and in this process, nutrition expertise, design, and chef’s recipe even realize excellent taste.
In this exhibition, Amazing Food Solution will also introduce a care diet solution designed by its professional nutrition team. These care diets include various types of disease management diets, such as phosphate-restricted meals for kidney disease patients, sugar-restricted meals for blood sugar management, and salt-restricted meals for the care of hypertension and metabolic syndrome.
In addition to patients, nutrient-balanced meals with high-quality protein balance are recommended as healthy meals for the whole family. Pre-pregnancy care meals for mothers during or before pregnancy, finished side dishes that meet the low-sugar standards of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and calcium and dietary fiber are included. More popular products such as reinforced frozen convenience food are also provided.
An official from Amazing Food Solution said, “Our nutrition management diet is widely distributed through our own sales channels as well as large online retailers and partners with target customers such as pregnant women and oriental clinic patients.” “We are conducting a clinical study to provide a six-week diet to patients with irritable bowel syndrome, and it will be published as a thesis after statistical analysis is completed,” he explained.
